About the Studio

A studio built on
intention.

Joyform exists for people who want to move thoughtfully — and a space worthy of that commitment.

Our Story

Where did Joyform come from?

Joyform was born from a simple frustration: finding a studio that prioritised real instruction over class numbers. After years of practising and teaching in studios where clients were just bodies filling space, our founder set out to build something different.

The name comes from the idea that form — proper, intentional, precise form — should itself be a source of joy. When you move well, you feel well. That connection is what we build every session around.

We're opening soon, and every detail of the space, the programming, and the community has been considered with the same care we bring to each class.

What We Stand For

Three things we won't compromise on.

Intentional

Every class, every correction, every minute of your time is accounted for. Nothing is filler. We design sessions with purpose — for your body specifically, not a generic group.

Intimate

Small classes are a deliberate choice, not a limitation. When your instructor can actually see you, progress compounds. Six students is not a constraint — it's the point.

Restorative

Pilates should leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Not depleted. Not broken. We believe the best movement is the kind that makes you want to come back.

The Space

A room you'll want to be in.

We believe the environment you move in shapes how you move. Natural materials, considered lighting, and the kind of quiet that lets you actually hear your instructor.

Our Philosophy

"Pilates is not just an exercise — it's a practice of presence, precision, and profound connection to your body."

At Joyform, every session is designed with intention. Small classes, expert instruction, and a space built for how your body actually moves.
